If you purchase a book for a particular
course and then drop that course, you may return the book to us within 30 days of the school's add/drop date.
If your school does not offer an add/drop date, you may return
the book within 30 days of the first day of classes. Books returned for refund must be in new, resalable condition.
We recommend that you return books using a shipping method that offers you the ability to track your package - this
will allow you to confirm receipt of the package at our warehouse. Further, we
recommend that you insure your package for the appropriate value so that should
the package be damaged in transit you will have recourse with the shipping
carrier. Please take care in packing items so they are not damaged in transit -
use appropriate amounts of packing/cushioning material.
